Shipping Policy

Zacquie Co. is a family-owned freeze-dried candy shop. We make candy in small batches and ship orders in resealable 4 oz bags to help keep the crunch fresh.

Processing time
Orders ship in 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding postal holidays.

Shipping and tracking
After your order ships, you will receive tracking by email or text if that information was provided at checkout. Carrier transit times can vary after the package leaves our hands.

Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Large batch ready now
We have a large batch ready now, priced to move. Bundle orders are a good fit for teachers, classrooms, parties, gifts, and family sharing.

Warm weather and product texture
Freeze-dried candy is shelf-stable but delicate. Keep it sealed in a cool, dry place after delivery. Some cracking or settling can happen during shipping and does not affect flavor.

Lost or delayed packages
If tracking shows your package is delayed, please contact the carrier first. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find it, check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier. Contact us if you still need help.
