Return and Refund Policy
Zacquie Co. is a family-owned freeze-dried candy shop. We make candy in small batches and pack orders in resealable 4 oz bags to help keep the crunch fresh.
Because candy is a food product, all sales are final once an order has shipped.
Order issues
We can only replace, refund, or offer store credit if the wrong item was sent or there is another fulfillment issue caused by us. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear description of the issue.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before they are packed or shipped. Once tracking has been created or the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Shipping costs
Original shipping costs are not refundable unless the issue was caused by our fulfillment error.
Taste and texture
Freeze-dried candy can be delicate. Some settling, cracking, or small broken pieces may happen during shipping and does not mean the product is defective.
