Shipping policy

If your shipment gets sent back to us for whatever reason and you still want it, you are obligated to pay FULL shipping to have it reshipped. We will send an invoice to the provided email for the exact shipping. We will not refund your order if it gets sent back.

If your product is damaged during shipping, please send us a picture of the box and bag(s) that were damaged. We may then issue you a gift card for total losses! 

We ship Monday-Friday, except on Holidays! We reserve all right to modify or change our days of operation.

We will use the provided shipping information that you give us when you complete your order. We are not held accountable if you mistype something or forget to put the full address in. Please check your order confirmation to assure that it is correct. If it is not, please let us know as soon as possible before the order is shipped out.
